Scholar... SAY WHUT?

I have a gut feeling at release we will see at least 3 new jobs/classes:

Arcanist/SMN
Musketeer/???(Red mage or Chemist I think fit best)
Because with the addition of ACN and MSK each city state has 3 guilds.


And now SCH

And maybe even more.



I think the SCH guild is going to be one of two things:
1) In a new location somewhere.
2) Class requires you to jump between CNJ and THM guilds as you progress for the guild quests.

I think number 2 makes sense because SCH is traditionally WHM/BLM mix.

So in regards to the armoury chest only having 8 soul slots/25 slots I think they have built this into beta so that they don't give away the final number of new classes coming out at release.

I think you might be right. I hate to create more speculation, and I'm sure you've guys have seen this and discussed it to no end somewhere else, but what are your opinions of Ferne's post with this "wrstwbuch&yjn%ceki#@urfoldm&ierfeiariuferru."

Could be nothing.. Obviously we've seen Scholar in there, and Thief, but what's everyone think about this? Out of all the things we've over analyzed in the last 3 years, this is probably the one thing we need to do it too lol.

While I think it likely it means a new class and/or job, I don't think there's much to be gained by over-analyzing the keyboard smash itself, as has been done elsewhere. We're starting to look desperate. lol

But, even having said that, I do love a little bit of over-analyzing as much as the next girl, so!

We all know that when they pick questions for the live letter they do at least a little filtering. They don't let Foxclon ask questions Yoshi-P has zero intent of answering.. it's always things like "more information on this will be released between phases 3 and 4" or "we would like to implement something like this in the future" if nothing solid but never just, "Nope, no news." EXCEPT for that musketeer question.

My guess? They just wanna make sure we remember how bad we want Musketeer before E3 starts up and they announce it.
