I'm kind of against a proto-summoner running around in another job's AF. But if this is the new way of things, I hope they'll add more classic FF looks to unrelated mundane classes. I'm starting to get used to the idea of my Thaumaturge getting Red Mage AF as class-specific gear. (/sarc)

The black glove on the bottom of the book IS the black mages hand you can see the hand well in the close up...but you can see it's the blm's hand from the Original Artwork as well...just sayin'.
