The NDA was lifted on Character Creation and Gridania, so it has become implicit that letting on that you're a Beta tester isn't a breach.
However, if you were in P1 & P2, then the most sensible place to find an answer about this is in the Beta forums, I should think.
Dunno how PS3 is going to work, but we were told originally to apply for PS3 even if we've been accepted for PC. It was a dev tracker post back around Nov/Dec/Jan...
