You should be playing closed beta perhaps as early as next weekend (Phase 3), probably weeks before open beta starts. And then progress will be reset and you should be in open beta, too (Phase 4). After that, it sounds like "early access" will be 3-5 days, where many won't be able to play. (SE says slots are limited and not even all preorders may get in.) Then everyone can play again.
