Are there any considerations for an inner-city FATE style battle?

In 1.0, there were mini games (parley) implemented into quests. Parley was somewhat an annoyance ...... but will the parley game make a return in 2.0 (please say no, LOL)? If not, are there any other mini games built into the quest system?
