The red one 2nd from the right closely resembles "Rogue Tomato", it was one of the earlier hunting marks (NM equivalent) in FFXII. I see it as much more likely these will be used for a special fight somewhere.

An angy Mandragora troupe sounds fun lol. Kind of like the moogle primal enemy party dynamics.

Edit: Also, later in the game, the rogue tomato comes back with the rest of the "Mandragora Royalty" for a bigger brawl:
