Playing all 3 starting quests

I had an idea while driving home from work yesterday about this. I started in LL but what happened to get other players to fight the evils of FFXIV? I think that after a certain lv say R26, there would be echoes that appear in the 3 starting city areas, LL the docks, U the markets, and G the black shroud. If the player clicks the echo they are allowed to be taken back in time and allowed to play through the other starting cities main story until the point where the stories merge.

What does everyone think? I haven't gotten higher then R26 so I am not sure how this would fit into the overall story line. As of now I think it could work.
