I think phase 2 just lasted 2 weeks and the beta roadmap says 1-3 weeks so it should be 1 week left before phase 3. The dev team don't always follow it (they have to or they would waste of money) maybe you are right they want to surprise us that they finally make it on time. Only SE know your questions and not us. :X

Yep, but as pointed out, Foxclon's countdown goes to the 26th... a day before that starts. But I guess he could be off a day or maybe they're going down on the 26th and getting the XIV stuff set up or what have you?

I think it will be a new limit break trailer. They talked about it being almost complete during the last live letter. That was a while ago and we just got the translation a few days ago so it really should be any day. And ya, the devs have been pretty quiet since the beta started, leaving us all high and dry while we wait... bout time they released something for the bitter dregs like us! lol
