Game Lockup on LNC 26 Quest

Steps:
1. Talk to Willelda

Willelda will gesture, but no dialogue appears in the log. My character is then frozen and unable to move or open the menu, but I can still type in the chat buffer and access my log. I originally thought it was because I talked to her as a 17 Botanist with Hermes' Shoes on and was under the effect of Quickened, but removing the shoes and switching to Lancer resulted in no change. Trying several other classes didn't help either. Regardless of time or class, talking to Willelda seems to always result in a lockup so I am unable to access this quest.

Possible solution (for some people): If you've changed your FFXIV font to a custom windows font, set it back to the default.
