dev1037 battle effects need a lot more than a resize

Did you hear us say the effects were too small? Anyone?
I didn't. I heard the effects SUCKED

Actually, a lot of people have complained the elemental nukes were too small and more of a "sneeze" if anything. The particle effects doesn't need to be big and flashy (they actually never were in a FF game, just tended to be multiple effects linked.)

Also I'm pretty sure the game has bigger foundation issues to worry about, this is fixing one issue with particle effects which as you can see, the bigger effects (much like bigger mobs) shows a bit more detail now.
