dev1037 battle effects need a lot more than a resize

The only complaints now are that 1) Spell damage is too low and 2) The animation goes away too fast.

1) This is probably due to the same problem that makes every other stat not do crap. Hopefully this'll be fixed when they do whatever they're doing to fix stat calculations.

2) I don't know if they're aware of this, but hopefully they are and are working on it.
