dev1037 battle effects need a lot more than a resize

I recreated the thread with the actual [Dev 1037] tag so it can get properly tagged and filtered to the right people.

pretty sure the [ ] 's are optional. Try doing a search for [Dev 1037] and you'll see this thread pop. Its just a filter after all.
