No brainer for me, Had to go with my real name.

I mean, After playing every Final Fantasy title and completing the vast majority of them throughout the years, it's known to be my absolute favorite franchise and an integral part of my life.

How often will I ever get the chance to be recognized as a part of my favorite series and have my name in the credits? Probably never again, so yeah :P Real Name it is, without a second thought.

I wish I knew for certain if they were going to be accommodating character name changes in ARR. I would almost assume they will, in order to coincide with race and gender changes since some names are very masculine or feminine and wouldn't really make a lot of sense. But I haven't heard anything in any official capacity so I may just wait for now.

My real life last name is two letters long. ._. But the form has a 3 to 15 characters limit.

I used a pseudonym. I'm not fond of my real name, and even most of my friends offline refer to my as "Urthdigger".

It says that if your name is considered inappropriate, Square Enix reserves the right to say it's not allowed.
