Name in Credits - Registration Now Open

SE has posted a link where you can now register for your name in the credits of FFXIV:ARR, for all those who are Legacy Members.

Only Legacy Accounts can apply, but those with more than one legacy account can probably get their name in there twice or use different names. There are restrictions on content (no vulgar offensive language etc). And you need can either choose a Forename & Surname or just a Forename. Registrations are open until the end of the month (cue the rage of legacy members who don't realise until after 30th April)

So here is my question: If you are eligable, what name are you going to use in the credits?

The link is different between the 5 regions (JP/NA/EU/FR/GR) if I post a link like that it might confuse people whose accounts are in a different region. Better for them just to go to their standand Lodestone homepage and access it from there.

Is this still a go? I would love to change my chars surname but I haven't see any talk about it from the development team in a long time. Last I knew they would "look into it"
