Roaming Primals?

Just curious if anyone knows and has any links/evidence as proof about if all the Primals will now be roaming or non-roaming.

Now I thought Odin was the only primal announced that will be a roaming primal, meaning a different area every spawn, and that all the others will be as they were?

Are all the Primals going to be roaming now(because Ifrit in the benchmark video did look like a roaming primal, but that could just be it's new battlefield)? Or am I right and Odin is the only one?

Also if they are all going to me roaming, how much will their battles change? I think Yoshi said they will only change a little, but will basically be the same? Thanks
