Working on the bard questline next (figure i would stay consistent) and i'll try to get my head around the coding while i am at it.

edit: Bah i picked a great one! can't find the unlock quest on youtube or google. Can't fill in that quest's dialogue without the dialogue x.x infact i'm not sure there is any for me to find until doing it the bard way.
Paladin doesn't seem to be any better, can only seem to find the 1st and last 2 quests.

I'll start with warrior found the unlock quest for that and the wiki doesn't have the plot details.

I wouldn't stress too much over things you can't find. Worst case scenario, I rebuild it form the ground up with the raw, puzzlebox transcripts. If you can't find a specific one but do want to help, just pick a different one and go with that. It'll save the same amount of net time to have any article without a transcript put primarily in the proper order. Trust me, I know the pain of trying to find the true transcripts, especially which "Chatterbox NPCs" have what name and go where.

I, however, will need to take about a week of quiet time to focus primarily on finals - not that anyone'll know the difference since I've been transcript building on my own computer, but whatever. I'll still hang around the forums, of course.

Ok i leveled up my copy + pasting code skills and managed to rewrite everything that needed to be so it's now all in order, i think?. I left you the youtube link in the discussion page of the plot details page so you or whoever can go over the spelling etc whenever if you wish to. I'm fairly certain i didn't make any mistakes but you never can know ^^';;
