I like the idea that you can run in, buy 5 pieces of land to 'hold it' for your friends, and just sell to them at the bought price (no profit) so they can be your neighbours...

But hopefully they will have a system where you can 'reserve' a spot for say 15 minutes, so that you can all get online and try being the same instance.
