[dev1020] Changes and Additions to Party System

As for the potential decrease in party size from 15 members to 8, I'm neutral on the subject. However, there are many party features from FFXI that are absent in this game that we desperately need. To list a few:

-When viewing the party member list, give details on each member's rank, physical level, and location, regardless of whether or not they are in the same area as you.
-Implement a search feature akin to that used in FFXI, in ADDITION to the recruit feature in place now. Meaning, allow players to conduct a custom search just like FFXI, where all players on the server who meet the search specifications are displayed. When the search finishes, display all the information listed above.
-In the party member HP/MP display module, also display each member's location if they are not in the same zone as you.
-Introduce a "seeking party" function similar to FFXI.

Suggestions for the ease of party formation.
1. "Seeking Party Feature"
-Allows people to see how many people are looking for a party
-Also allows people to solo without having to check the party formation screen every 10 minutes.

2. Allow players to indicate the party role their character is built for (Tank, DD, Healer, Nuker, etc.)
-due to the ability to mix and match abilities, indicating your class does not indicate your party role, and thus is much less useful in the formation of a party. It still contains some info, but not all the necessary info.

3. Details of members as well as location of members is useful for keeping the party moving without excessive chatter, reduces the workload on party leaders.

Definitely need the player search function, seeking party, reasons seeking, etc. The current system seems to ambiguous and clunky.
