To Whom this May Concern,

I really want to play FFXIV but it seems I cant because the game wont even start up from windows. When I try to start it, it proceeds to says, "FFXIV has stopped working" and then cuts of after window's fruitlessly looks to solve the problem. I have a G73 Asus Laptop and I know it can run it, I just don't know what could be stopping it from loading. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time! PS: I have tried to uninstall and install to no avail.
