Sorry if I am mistaken, but I had the rules in front of me and saw that it stated the contest would be accepting submissions until April 1, 2013 at 1:01 am PST. (It's March 31, 2013 11:30 PM for me on the East Coast, which would only be 8:30 PM PST)

9. Contest starts on March 15, 2013 (1:01am Pacific Time) and ends on April 1, 2013 (1:01am Pacific Time); all comments/images must be posted by April 1, 2013 (1:01am Pacific Time).

I would like to submit my entry if possible, thank you. I apologize for placing this in the General Discussion thread, but it didn't seem like this issue fit the description of any of the other forums. Feel free to move this to the contest thread, thanks!
