The difference is that if you make a mistake when you first create your character you don't lose much by just deleting it and starting a new one with the right name. Make a mistake on your legacy character and you're stuck with it (or lose all that progress).I've never quite understood that argument.... being able to change it is a "one-time deal", and "super scary" to offer to players because of possible mistakes, but somehow that logic doesn't apply to only getting the very first naming at initial character creation with no ability to make a change at all, ever, even once??? Lamest damn excuse I've heard in a loooooooong time.
