amazing people

As amazing as it is the degree to which they've rebuilt, it's still painfully obvious in many of those photos the lack of buildings that used to stand in many of the now empty fields (some where you can still see the foundations)... It can't be easy for the families and businesses those structures belonged to...

amazing people

I think I had already seen some pictures like those even from much sooner after that disaster. Had that happened in my country, I'd be willing to bet things wouldn't be all that much different even after 2 years, lol. They seriously are amazing people to have pulled off such a feat.
