Required Specifications?

Ok i'm building an PC from scrach. My old PC hit the fan when the intergated GPU blow up. So i went to see the Recommended System Specifications for my CPU and my GPU.
I noticed they have not changed at all since the servers were shut down for the upcoming V.2.0. http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com/pl/envi/envi01.html
Is this still the Recommended System Specifications for 2.0?

Motherborad: EVGA 111-IB-E692-KR Stinger LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

I called SE and they said yes its the same for 2.0, but she was acting like she knew nothion about PCs.
