nope pretty sure it isnt. all it does is give my replacement code and apologize for hassle.

If you got a replacement does that mean you have other email with a old code that you put by mistake on other service under your account? If so that the email you need to check for the area to put your code in.

Its about my 6th tickets and 4 th resquest on chat support...I never got my beta key code and alllllll my spwan filters were off. I'm not with comcast ( or whatever compagny that does block SE spwan mails)..
The agent on live support told me twice, as Legacy member, i'll get my code sended as soon as the process of my resquest will be taking in charge.. It's just been about 2 weeks and half.. to just check my request and just SEND a ?????? EMAIL!
Sorry I'm getting mad about this... Been playing mmo with SE for like 9 years.. I should just get used to..
I realized that today: I just can't believe im getting twice more emails from blizzard per week (promotion,reactivating,etc) than I'm getting from SE per year and I only played Wow for 1 month in my entire life..
Sorry poor english skills but French forum is been dead for the last 8++ months
This compagny should stop to cut in support center jobs, and get a better or bigger (media,promotion, whatever you guys calling this) They really need a real advertising team and to take care of the customers better from what i have been seem in the last decade..
They are lucky, i never loved Wow and nothing else on the market got my attention,,I got irritated soo many times with SE and they poor service..
Well maybe that's why they dont want me on beta Forum..lol

Maybe this would stop you from bitching you do understand once you do a ticket. They send you a new code in the order you got the code. So let say 200 people have issue and out of the 200 people you was the 150 person to get the code.this compagny is ....????? for customer service

Which mean you have to wait in line for 149 people to get there code first./
People should really read the dev post it explain why it taking long.

There was no original email either. That is why i asked for beta code, sadly, I did not realize or think I should of mentioned I didnt get any email or beta address. Geez, no jokes.. I really have more securities to log into my games account than i have into my real bank's account..
