Bayohne, if you are in contact with support you might mention that my account said the same but I was able to fix it by reactivating a "cancelled" account that was showing under my services. One says Legacy and the other doesn't but it still worked for me. I think that it was an account I made for the original beta so maybe somehow they get glitched together. If the old 1.0 beta account is reactivated, and that solves my problem...Will that effect which service account the code is assigned to? Meaning...will there be any issues down the road..come say...beta phase 3 with the 1.0 character data transfer?

I don't even have the power to reactivate the old service account. And Support didn't even think of it, regardless of the fact that I explained that back in 2010 I didn't reactivate the 1.0 beta account and mistakenly made a new account (not knowing reactivating the beta account was possible), so they deactivated the old account back then, and that's how it's been since day 1. I explained this to support the other day, and they didn't think that should be an issue...
