I am not a grammar freak.... but that looks like a grammar error there.

I don't see anything wrong with it.

It's one of those things that are hard to catch unless you are reading in "editor mode". Here, read it again after I highlight one word:

Please be advised that there be may be circumstances where certain names cannot be used, or we request that names are changed.

Technically it's just an editing mistake by the poster, not a grammar/usage error.

Edit: Gah! I see it now. (Nobody's perfect.) The "are" should be "be", though it sounds awkward and should probably be rephrased.
