    It's one of those things that are hard to catch unless you are reading in "editor mode". Here, read it again after I highlight one word:

    Technically it's just an editing mistake by the poster, not a grammar/usage error.

    Edit: Gah! I see it now. (Nobody's perfect.) The "are" should be "be", though it sounds awkward and should probably be rephrased.
