Here are some issues to that concept. If you want to avoid reusing simliar deisngs, textures and variations in an MMO you need some loading. Especially when a console like the PS3 comes into play which is more limited.

Tera uses repetitive design as well, but it over lays in a unque to apear varied. Old games like WOW, reused alot hince the lack of true variance.

While todays PC's are better equipped to deal with streaming in fast loads, the PS3 is limited and the balance has to be made between them. Guess we will see how good the new engine is.

Load zones will return, and more often, it's just how it will have to be handled.
