Honestly I think this would just server to piss off more people. I understand having a mount or certain costumes etc, but for a setting to be set to legacy ONLY...yea. I know I'd be pretty pissed off if only "said" people had this specific setting.

Only people that ordered the CE edition get additional action bars on the side. See that'd piss off people.
