Seeing the man in person made it even more clear why, exactly, he's managed to capture the hearts of Final Fantasy XIV players. There's an energy about him, a definite sense of purpose and direction that at the same time can be tempered by outside forces. Yoshida knows what he wants to do, but he also is flexible enough to take outside input into account. He's like the ultimate developer.

FYI, while I'm not 100% sure, I think 'orz' is typically used in a more negative sense... like banging your head on the floor because you made a silly mistake and feel ashamed for it, not the same kind of bowing for showing respect or admiration.

But I do believe the point of the post is spot on, there really is just something about Yoshi-P that exudes confidence.

Depends. The idolm@ster fans tend to "orz" to Amami Haruka because of the 閣下 meme that was attached to her (she was a normal and boring character, so the fans gave her this hidden personality of a domineering and cruel mistress. 閣下 is an honorary word that literally translates to "your excellency").
