Beta Key for Haiku Contest

I'm sorry... I don't know if this is the right place to post it (not really used to write in forums). I won the Eorzea Haiku Contest but still no mail for beta key. Are we going to get it in another wave or something like that?
Or should I get a support ticket and ask if my mail has been lost?

Hello Joelan,
seems the Mails were not sent yet.
Since i won in the german contest, I asked in German Forum already.
Everyone said, that they didnt got the Prize yet. So guess we just need to wait a little more.

Guess the People with Legacy only got the Keys for now.
And the winners of Haiku get the key after the Legacy People got their Keys.

Would be nice if a mod would clear that up! ;-)
