International server?

All servers will be international, the actual physical "servers" (data centers) will be located around the world


Any "Region Segregation" will be player made

I know everyone can go in any server, but very few, say, europeans will go in a japanese server if they know they will find little to no english speakers, or an american server where most probably they won't find people online too often because of different peak times.
What I'm asking is if there is going to be any server, beside the ones labeled "Japan" "Europe" and "North America", one officially labelled "International".

I'm aware of this, just asking if there will be one specifically labelled so to gather the people who prefer a worldwide community to the regonal one

Doubt it, there was one during 1.0 for EU though~
