Totally agree, you should be able to choose which GM's you receive from a leve.

I would also like to see crafting leves with the GM's clearly displayed when picking up the leve.

Ah yeah, this too. Even the idea of "do you want marks for this class or would you like gil instead?" would work. Rarely will I pick up a leve that doesn't have a beneficial reward just because I want the extra exp and the piddly completion bonus and I'm not traveling to the next city anytime soon to check out more leves.
