Benchmark Questions

A Dev or Rep response would be awesome.

But, i recently ran the new Arr benchmark and also the old ffxiv benchmark and both scores were horrible. The 1.0 score was worse than the 2.0 score.Though i ran 1.0 on medium settings with no problems so my question is will it be the same case with Arr?

If you could play 1.0 as unplayable then I dont see how you cant play ARR as unplayable

In this case you have a better unplayable score lolol

You can also try things like window mode smaller resolution then your actual desktop, turning off shadows, and other bells and whistles, grass and stuff - should add to the FPS. But if you could play at 250... however choppy that may be.. then probably in ARR too lol

Also do you have two GPUs (sli/crossfire)?

Benchmarks are not perfect, also the level of playability is partially an opinion. I know many who will die with frames under 60 and other who play comfortably at 15.

If you already have or when you get Beta that would be were you should tell SE if ARR is running worse then 1.0 (definitely shouldn't be running worse lol)

Being able to run and being playable is two different things. You probably will be able to run the game, however your frame rate must be awful most points in the game.

An Ati HD 4200 its pretty old card and the lowest end on that generation. You should considered an upgrade.

yea it does at times but its manageable its nothing too bad
