Armory board is the name they were saying at the live broadcast. Allows alias copies of the gear on other gear sets so we don't have to have multiple same gear to fill in different gear sets.

I went back to watch the Ifrit scene in the Exploration video because Yoshida said there was a little story telling going on there. If you actually notice, the only people surviving are the ones on Jobs. Everyone on classes are just falling over dieing.

Man i gotta get that i named myself shadow's char everytime i played 3 or 6 I liked his char specially since he is the only one who dies even if you save him from the floating island. He dies in Kefka's tower and gives Interceptor to Relm.

From 4Gamer interview, Yoshida says the PLD is using his limit break and protecting the party, so that's probably how they survived.

Interestingly, the Japanese on the paper actually says ウルフ (Wolf), not Interceptor or dog. Also, Interceptor does not have a red scarf. However, when I first saw it I immediately thought it was Interceptor and hope it is, since it would be a perfect fit for a minion!

Relm had a pinkish hat that only looked like a red scarf in her sprite. ^^


I agree it could be Interceptor in the end. It's what I thought at first and I would love it if it was. But all I'm saying is we can't jump to conclusions and start calling it Interceptor when the Japanese text clearly says wolf, Interceptor never had a red scarf and Yoshi-P didn't say anything when he showed the image (if it's an actual FFVI throwback I imagine he would've mentioned it).
Someone even updated interceptor's ff wiki to say it's confirmed that he's a minion, but it's just not confirmed...
