Here's the notice on lodestone about the time and date for the live letter to start.

We're pleased to announce that the next Letter from the Producer LIVE, Part V will take place on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 3:00AM (PST) / Friday, February 22, 2013 at 11:00AM (GMT)!
Yet the countdown on the youtube link seems to be an hour early.

And indicates that the live letter will start at 2:00AM (PST)/ 10:00AM (GMT)

Can a dev please toss some light into this. I kinda want to know if I'll be able to see the live letter or not. Because if it starts an hour earlier, I'll miss it. Not a big deal considering I can see it later but seeing the thing live is always more enjoyable.
