Can't view picture attachments on dev posts

When I click on a picture attachment from a post (possibly only limited to dev posts), it returns the vbulletin error that my account doesn't have the necessary privileges needed to view the page.

Please change our account permissions to allow us to view attachments or host the full size image on the lodestone website and link to it from the forum post. Thanks!

EDIT: Confirmed. It's only privileges for signed in accounts viewing attachments that need to be adjusted. I can view the picture if I'm not logged into an account.

Yeah it said I don't have the privileges to view it. The picture is about the enlargement of battle animations.

I have the same problem. This is the message I get:

Talwin, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
