I was just coming here to post the same Noel!

So anyone else who encounters this, the solution is to download and install this DirectX update:

I can't even get to the benchmark site o-o
Tried going onto the benchmark site but it gives me an error saying
"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /benchmark/ on this server."
D:?!
What did I do wrong? Q AQ!

Unfortunately, looks like you will need a new monitor. Minimum specs from SE say 1280x720.
