From what I saw on other threads here and there, some used the Customer Support chat and it didn't help, some are posting here and devs/techs aren't answering and some who sent mail to the Customer Support received an answer similar to "can't help you at the moment, will forward the problem to the team".

Keep looking for answers here by people posting (those breaking the NDA by exposing they have been selected for Beta)
...or send an e-mail to SE's Customer Support (not chat) to get the same answer the other guy received (but they'll eventually answer with how to solve your problem)
