You did say that they did block an e-mail tho correct?

I RLY RLY hate dealing with Comcast..... I so don't wanna call LMAOHow did you guys get Comcast to help? They basically told me they were blocking ffxiv-noreply@square-enix.com and that SE would have to fill out their form to get it unblocked in their system.
Should I try calling them again and see if I get someone else?
Comcast is never easy to deal with...But if enough people complain and threaten to drop their service maybe they will stop playing the we can't game and fix it.
I'm surprised that they are going to be able to send you the mail they blocked. Most mail servers simply discard the email if their spam list blocks it and it is gone forever unless resent by the original sender.
Obligatory lol comcast
Having to deal with their service is one thing... but why use their e-mail too? At least people in low coverage areas can still choose that regardless of the ISP
My thing is I receive every other e-mail no matter what, SE news, other invites, and some other mass e-mails and have nvr had a problem until now so I'm confused at this point....
And I can confirm that some Comcast users did receive an e-mail.
Is it only people using comcast's email that aren't receiving anything from SE or is it everyone who has them as their internet provider? I've not had problems getting newsletters and the like before, but it sounds like this block is pretty recent. Trying to decide if I should go get cranky with them or not.
Why would they just temporarily remove block, and just not remove the block? since SE is legit company, and not spam.
And why have people marked SE as spam to begin with? if they didn't want SE posts, they could just...you know...unsubscribed?
@Radacci I have a better question, why do people use the email they get with their ISP? Anyone can create a Gmail, Yahoo <insert free email company here> account.
This is only effecting you if you are using Comcast's free email service. If you have Comcast as a ISP but another mail service, you will get your invite. /smh
Well none of us have ever had a problem. You're "question" and such aren't even helpful to the topic, and you're not the first person to say why use the ISP email. If you have any suggestions please share, otherwise, why are you even posting?
