    If you have comcast, call them immediately to remove the block

    I just got off the phone with Comcast. Square Enix emails have all been blocked because of the number of people that have flagged their emails as spam. Because so many of them went out today, they are all blocked.

    Even if you do not have it flagged as spam, too many people do and you will not get your email. Call them now and have them temporarily remove your email from their block list.

    Square-Enix need to have a chat with comcast it seems.

    As an aside, if I had them as an ISP, I would definitely complain that it is stupid to filter emails like that automatically, people can decide for themselves what is spam and what isn't.

    Also I'd be switching to a different email provider, gmail never give me any problems.

    Do let us know if comcast resolves your "issue" since you know NDA AND ALL. I called they said they are having a technician send it from the server if possible. I do get the impression I should be worried by my service reps particular sounding confusion....

    Me? My inquiry likely wouldn't be a question that you had. I couldn't tell if you meant me or the OP because the OP never stated an issue... In fact the OP clearly stated what she wanted to ask. If for the OP you mean how her situation resolved then sure, let us know so all the current comcast users know that they already got their email...
