I'm happy that your problem was fixed but this proves that they are not addressing this in the order that they received the ticket. I sent my first ticket in on February 20. I really don't understand what is so difficult about sending an e-mail out with the required information. The reps I talked to verified in about 10 seconds that I was a Legacy account holder.

Can we get someone to address this issue from SE? Customer service is giving no updates and taking way longer than necessary to fix this issue.
