    I don't know if this is related to the problem that everyone has or not, I have a legacy account and did not get a code >.<. I never actually applied for one since I thought I should get it automatically with my legacy account.
    I tried to log in to the Beta forums but I got a message saying that I cant log in since my account was canceled >.<

    I was a bit shocked!
    I have two accounts Final Fantasy xiv 1 which was canceled long time ago
    and final fantasy xiv 2 which is still active and has legacy account.
    I have two questions to everyone
    Do you still need to apply for a beta tester even if you are a legacy account holder?
    also, when I got the message saying that my account was canceled, did anyone experience this problem

    I believe currently there are two issues that they are still working on handling. One being that some people haven't received their beta code, despite having a Legacy status. And the other issue is that some people bound their beta code to the wrong (out-dated) service on their account.

    In your case, you should have received an email with your beta code. If not you'll need to ask for support and ticket that issue. Once you get that code, be sure to bind it to the correct service. Which would be your Legacy status.

    OK, not sure why someone from SE could not post this, but if you have a comcast e-mail address registered for your account then change it to a non comcast e-mail address or you will not get the beta invite. Apparently the beta invites are coming from a company that comcast considers spam ie they probably get paid to send out spam and SE hired them for this job. You'll probably also have to submit a ticket, get a response that they can only help by phone, call them, and ask for the beta invite to be sent to the new e-mail address. Hopefully that will fix the issue.

    If you are a Legacy member, you do not need to apply for the Beta Test as you automatically receive a Beta Test code via email. If you have not received your code yet, please follow the instructions in my previous post.

    For those of you relaying the issues you're experiencing with the Support Center, I wanted to let you know that I spoke to the team regarding it and they are working to resolve them. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    I followed the instructions in your post last week, and I still haven't heard back except for an automated response from the noreply address giving me a chance to cancel the ticket. The ticket is not listed when I sign into the support center, despite having received the acknowledgement.

    Okay I got my problem solved. I used "Square Enix Account" chat support. I gave up on the email. Do try getting help with chat support.
