Does that mean tickets for inquiries not related to beta will get delayed?I believe some users were instructed to call before we had the finalized flow that I wrote about earlier in the thread and that is the source of the run around (Call! Now email!).
Legacy users that did not receive their Beta Test invite should follow the instructions I posted earlier.
Each ticket is being handled in the order in which it was received and the teams are working hard to get everyone sorted out as soon as possible.
We truly appreciate your patience in this situation as we work to make it right.
