I did not have to call anyone to get my problem fixed. I put in a ticket as Bayo said with the same email address that was blocked and put my DOB at bottom and also said "Beta invite was blocked". Got a replay in about 20 hrs with the info I needed.
I gave the exact info he said to give. I got a response the next day, which said they couldn't do that over email and I had to call them. I called them the women confirmed a bunch of personal info then confirmed I did have Legacy they were going to transfer it to another department and said I should be sent another email the same day and that didn't happen, so I called again today and the guy told me it could be a few days.

Not sure if I just need to wait several days or make a new ticket or what.
