We'd like to assist anyone that is potentially affected by this issue. If you are a Legacy member that has not received their Beta Test email, please create a ticket using this link: FFXIV: ARR Support Center Site.
Then fill out the fields using the following information:
- Contact Category: Product & Services
- Contact Sub Category: Beta Test
- Contact Details: Blocked Beta Test Invite
Click "Next" to proceed to "Email Support". In the Detailed Condition field, simply provide only the following:
- Registered Email Address (if different than what was entered in Contact Email Address field)
- Registered Date of Birth on Square Enix Account
Our agents will then review your ticket and Square Enix account information and if you are confirmed a beta recipient, we will reply with your Beta Test key and instructions on how to register it.

Just one question, the link you provided is for the NA Support Center but I am an EU client, should I send the details on the equivalent EU website or proceed on the link you provided anyway?
I'm not legacy but I'm crossing my fingers! Hope I get in....but I doubt it!

I was just wondering how long it generally takes to get a reply after filling out a ticket for not getting in with legacy status? Only reason i am asking is to make sure my mail account is not blocking the response as well.

Yeah, my invite was in the junk folder too, even when I have SE news-letters and other e-mails marked as safe. "ffxiv-noreply@square-enix.com" was appearantly under junk(for some weird reason I cant explain.... >.>The thing is I have yet to find a single person who has legacy that didn't get an invite so they may have made a mistake and not sent me one. Customer service doesn't know / won't tell you anything regarding beta so can't contact them.

I wasn't a good move to begin with having Comcast as a email client. A curtain host of a FFxi podcast would vouch for that, he had complained about "Comcast" before. Verify your invite through your SE account and check under 'select service>>> FFXIV>>>Option list'. (if your in the BETA, it should be shown under "option")Their email is @comcast.net(or .com). When emails come into your mailbox, ie in Comcast's servers, they decide this email is spam and delete it. So when you check your mail, it's not there. They delete it before it really even hits your inbox.
Should always ask if you want certain email marked as spam, but that would be too much work for some people so the filters are automatic most of the time.
