Remember how during Alpha people kept jumping the ship wanting their invite "right fucking now"? Did we learn nothing from that experience...? It will come when it comes. There's no need to panic and get upset.

I'm not really talking about her specifically. Just pointing out that when it comes to invites, if you have one coming you're going to get it unless there's some major issue. If it's something like emails getting blocked then enough people will have the same issue such that SE would probably fix it. But just because you don't get it immediately isn't suggestive of that.

My only wish is that people quit being so impetuous to the point that they jump the gun.

I get what you're saying, but posting that on a thread that's bringing up a possibly legitimate issue with comcast email where things are being discussed logically kind of undermines what you're saying. At this point, there could be a comcast issue. We don't know yet, so she's asking a question. That's all.

I understand. In this case, I suppose time will tell and hopefully it'll be sorted out.
