I have legacy didn't get a invite and my email address is correct. I know my email address works because SE sends me stuff about Crysta billing for FFXI. Everyone else I know got in beta. But I didn't get an invite. I can't contact SE about this because as its stated they won't respond to questions about the beta.
From what I understood invites would be going out in waves..not all at once. So it's possible the next round will go out sometime tomorrow
