    We'd like to assist anyone that is potentially affected by this issue. If you are a Legacy member that has not received their Beta Test email, please create a ticket using this link: FFXIV: ARR Support Center Site.

    Then fill out the fields using the following information:
    • Contact Category: Product & Services
    • Contact Sub Category: Beta Test
    • Contact Details: Blocked Beta Test Invite

    Click "Next" to proceed to "Email Support". In the Detailed Condition field, simply provide only the following:
    • Registered Email Address (if different than what was entered in Contact Email Address field)
    • Registered Date of Birth on Square Enix Account

    Our agents will then review your ticket and Square Enix account information and if you are confirmed a beta recipient, we will reply with your Beta Test key and instructions on how to register it.

    Now watch the non-Legacy going to send in a ticket saying if I just had one more week I would of been legacy so I deserve it!

    I hope non-Legacy doesn't do that... causes enough headache for the staff trying to get the job done

    I would use a 3rd party email instead of ISP email. Yahoo hasn't screwed me out of any important emails ever.

    And if you ever leave that ISP, you wont lose that Email, so its better overall.

    I have legacy didn't get a invite and my email address is correct. I know my email address works because SE sends me stuff about Crysta billing for FFXI. Everyone else I know got in beta. But I didn't get an invite. I can't contact SE about this because as its stated they won't respond to questions about the beta.

    Edit: It may be an issue is Comcast is your email provider blocking these emails because they think it is spam. Since others with Comcast didn't get one.

    Edit2: Seems so far anyone with a @comcast.net or @comcast.com email didn't get an invite, might be to their spam filtering deleting the email before it hit our inboxes.
    I wouldn't worry to much. It's a general rule with mass mailings that you can have to send e-mails out in 5k batches or so. This is so the e-mail servers don't flag your mail as SPAM because so many were sent out at once. It's a common practice for marketing to stage mass mailings out like this.

    Nearly all e-mail servers have rules in place that if X amount of messages are sent from the same address to the same e-mail server the mail will be marked as SPAM regardless of the contact being added to your address contacts.

    Would like to say thanks to the mods addressing this issue in a timely manner.

    This will indeed make alot of people happy to see SE will fix the issue.

    Question,

    Let us assume someone applies their Beta Key to their FFXIV account that they used for the 1.0 beta that was long since cancelled. For some reason it was listed as account #1 instead of their actual legacy account which is listed as number 2. Any way to get the beta access switched over to their regular legacy account?
