You could add another email to you SE account via the secondary email option. So you could call Costumer Service and ask them to send it to that email since your comcast email won't seem to receive the invite...
Hope you get into beta ^^
So if you check your e-mail on a different computer and network it'll show? I'm not understanding how that works lolDid anyone else not get in beta despite having legacy?
I have legacy didn't get a invite and my email address is correct. I know my email address works because SE sends me stuff about Crysta billing for FFXI. Everyone else I know got in beta. But I didn't get an invite. I can't contact SE about this because as its stated they won't respond to questions about the beta.
Edit: It may be an issue is Comcast is your email provider blocking these emails because they think it is spam. Since others with Comcast didn't get one.
to quote myself from the other thread on this topic:
official steps to find your invite:
1. check your spam folder
2. double check your legacy status
3. check the email address associated with your square enix account
3a. if you used a different email address check there
3b. check the spam filter on your second email address
4. recheck your original spam folder
5. realizing that everything above is in good order and you still haven't seen the invite, freak out!
Well where I'm getting at is.. I can check my e-mail on multiple computers, phones, tablets, etc.. So if my home ISP is Comcast, I have to worry about not getting e-mails even when I'm at work on a different internet service? That's what I'm not understanding. Unless comcast has an e-mail also that I don't know about. If so, I get it lol.
Actually I was under the impression comcast was an email provider...Well where I'm getting at is.. I can check my e-mail on multiple computers, phones, tablets, etc.. Their email is @comcast.net(or .com). When emails come into your mailbox, ie in Comcast's servers, they decide this email is spam and delete it. So when you check your mail, it's not there. They delete it before it really even hits your inbox.Well where I'm getting at is.. I can check my e-mail on multiple computers, phones, tablets, etc.. Should always ask if you want certain email marked as spam, but that would be too much work for some people so the filters are automatic most of the time.
Just added a second E-mail address to my account.
@Molly Step 1-4 done.... Should i start on 5 now?
... Of all the CRAP mail i get on this account why do you have to hold this one back....

Well the point of adding the alternate email wasn't for your invite to appear out of no where. It was so you call Costumer Service and ask for a resend into your alternate email listed in your account. If they will do it of course...
Most ISPs have e-mail service integrated with their internet service. A lot of people will use their ISP's e-mail for more personal things. That, and some websites don't allow registration with free e-mail providers.Well where I'm getting at is.. I can check my e-mail on multiple computers, phones, tablets, etc..
